Nature of our services
Dholera Uncut provides real estate investment consulting and advisory services for Dholera Smart City and surrounding regions. We assist with property selection, documentation guidance and registration coordination.
We are not a bank, a registered investment adviser under securities law, or a legal firm. Legal opinions should be confirmed with your own advocate before any transaction.
Investment disclaimer
Real estate investments carry risk. Past appreciation in Dholera or any other market is not a guarantee of future results. No guaranteed returns are promised by us at any time, in writing or verbally.
Any projection shared during a consultation is an estimate based on available registry data and public infrastructure information, not a commitment.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for independently verifying all documents, conducting your own due diligence, and confirming affordability before committing funds. Decisions to buy, hold or sell remain entirely yours.
Fees
The 30-minute one-to-one consultation is free. Premium consultations are chargeable at the rate published on the Services page and are payable in advance. Premium fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place.
